Our Party Package
Here at The sensory Xperience we offer sensory, inclusive, neurodivergent parties, for all occasions, birthday parties, communion, confirmation, or any kind of special occasion that is worth celebrating, and it doesn’t matter what age you are! We’re here to help make your loved one’s celebration as big, memorable and special as it can be, while we do our best to make the day stress free for you in providing a safe, secure, relaxing but fun environment for everyone to enjoy!!
When we were designing The sensory Xperience, one of the aspects we just had to have was what quickly became known as The Party Room! An extra space within our centre that enabled families that had a family member with additional needs or a disability to be able to celebrate special occasions for their loved ones, in the company of family and friends, in a safe and carefree way, without any judgement, just the same as everyone else can.
Whenever Cian and Cillian turned 10 and 8 respectively, we invited all of their school friends to their joint birthday party. We had the boys own sensory room at home so we knew we had a safe space for regulating here should any of their school friends happened to need a wee escape. It was only that evening when so many parents of the boys’ school friends had text to thank us for the invite, and for the fun had on the day, that they also said that it was the first birthday party their child had been invited to, and we just thought the last bit was very sad, and unfair. Hence the desire to create an environment, and the opportunity, for anyone with additional needs, and their family and friends, to celebrate their special occasions just as they should.
Our party package means you have 2 full hours with exclusive use of the environment that is The sensory Xperience, with our entire space to enjoy as you please! This includes use of all four of our multi-sensory rooms, with parents and carers able to relax and chat, and enjoy a cuppa in our dedicated carers area, plus use of The Party Room for food, drinks and cake.
We offer a choice of chicken nuggets and fries, sausages and fries, or fish fingers and fries, while we can also cater for any special dietary requirements that anyone attending your party may have. We also serve unlimited juice and are proud to hold a 5 star Food & Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency. We can also provide food for parents and carers if required, with our food choices here being chicken goujons and fries, or sausages and fries.
Every guest at your party will receive a complimentary party bag to take home and the celebrant will also receive a free sensory gift. We host parties for all ages and we’ve received massively positive feedback from everyone who has had us host their celebration, both from those whose family member is celebrating a special occasion, and from their family members and friends that have joined them to celebrate.
Cost of our package is £20 per person (parents and carers food option costs £7 per head). We do encourage minimum party numbers of 10 (not including parents and carers).
